Heard the wise words: If you love your job,
you will never “work” a day in your life? We
swear by them.
We firmly believe that people need to enjoy their
work to give their best. Latest technologies,
challenging assignments, attractive compensation,
open culture, and good interpersonal relationships
provide the bedrock on which Grey Cell team members
are encouraged to anchor their career, grow with the
company and in the process also “fall in love” with
their job.
A Grey Cell PR member typically values criticism
more than praise. We are always looking at ways to
improve our selves, our work, our knowledge, our
attitude and everything else.
As an organization as well as individually, we are
transparent and straightforward. Power plays,
politics and hidden agendas are not a part of our
culture. Honesty, clichéd as it might sound, is
still our best policy.
Life is good at Grey Cell. We've got what business
pundits call "a laidback work culture”. Don't get us
wrong, we work hard and we put in the hours, but we
make sure we're having fun doing it. We've found
that enjoying our work actually makes us more
productive. There's no quantitative third party
analysis to support this belief, we're just doing
what works for us. Rewarding good work - rewards as
in bonuses, incentives, holidays, happy hours – is
almost a religious activity at Grey Cell. And, of
course, there's our penchant for special celebratory
get-togethers for all branches, which is a
borderline obsessive compulsion.
This company belongs to us - the sentiment (and the
reality) governs all our thoughts and actions. |
